Vehicle Conversions to Customer Order
Vehicle conversion for presentation and training purposes.
In this case for Stryker Power-LOAD and Power-PRO XT in the Mercedes V-Class.
Both the electro-hydraulic and the mechanical (emergency) loading of the stretcher can be demonstrated.
The system can be installed and removed by one person so that the load compartment is quickly available again.
To do this, the upper frame is rolled out of the vehicle onto the stretcher via a rail system and secured.
The system can be stored while remaining on the stretcher.
Adaptation to other vehicles is possible. The vehicle conversion consists of the following assemblies:
Rail system in the vehicle:
- Anchoring via existing airline rail
- Easy installation and removal
- Removal seats can be positioned unhindered with the rails in place
Upper frame on castors:
- lightweight construction with sheet steel frame
- Charging electronics for complete installed system with additional 80Ah battery
- Power supply via vehicle electrical system/starter battery and 230V domestic power supply
- Complete decoupling of the starter battery
- Main switch for breaking the circuit
- Two drawers for tools, charger etc.
Rail system for stretcher:
- Attachable frame with quick-release fasteners
- Form-fit connection of the two rail systems
- Secure connection between the two rail systems
